Information you send through the website request form: business name, current website (optional), Google Maps URL (optional), city and state, contact name, email, phone, what the business does, and free-text notes.

Information you send through the contact form: name, email, business name (optional), and message.

Technical data that arrives with requests (such as IP address and basic request metadata) may be processed briefly for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

If you email Corsius, we use the content to reply and, where relevant, to start or manage an engagement.

We do not intentionally collect special-category data through these forms. Please do not include sensitive personal details about individuals in free-text fields.

To assess whether Corsius is a fit, reply to your request, arrange optional calls, deliver agreed work, and keep records of inquiries and engagements.

Legal bases under applicable data-protection law typically include steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract once engaged, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure business website and preventing abuse.

Form submissions are emailed using Resend. Messages go to our operations inbox and, where configured, a short confirmation email is sent to the address you provided.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your form data for third-party advertising.

We use service providers that process data on our instructions — for example email delivery (Resend) and website hosting (such as Vercel). Those providers may process data in the EU, the United States, or other countries with appropriate safeguards where required.

Inquiry and qualification records are kept only as long as needed to respond, manage a possible engagement, meet legal or accounting duties, or resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete or restrict records where the law allows.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — for example the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, or a US state attorney general or privacy regulator if you are in the United States.

corsius.com does not currently run a third-party marketing analytics or advertising cookie suite. Essential hosting and security technology may set strictly necessary technical cookies or similar storage.
