Terms

Last updated: 17 September 2026

These terms describe how Corsius services are offered by Durasius s. r. o. (“Durasius”, “we”, “us”). By requesting work or paying for a Corsius engagement, you agree to these terms unless a signed written agreement says otherwise.

Operator

Corsius is operated by Durasius s. r. o., Bajkalská 18831/45G, 821 05 Bratislava, Slovakia (IČO 56575335, IČ DPH SK2122349889). Contact: hello@corsius.com.

Services

Corsius Managed Website & Google Presence is a single engagement: a new website, hosting and monitoring, small updates on request, and ongoing Google Business Profile care. There is no second plan, add-on, or takeover of an existing site.

Pricing, scope, and any extras are confirmed in writing before chargeable work begins. Prices on the website are shown in USD, excluding any applicable taxes. Corsius is operated by Durasius s. r. o., a VAT-registered company in Slovakia; US business customers are not charged EU VAT.

Build clock

The public turnaround is: Live in 10 working days from the day your content arrives.

The clock starts on the later of payment clearing and content arriving. It pauses whenever content, access, or a decision is outstanding on the client’s side, and resumes when that item is received.

What is included and what is not

Included work is described on the website: a new site of up to five pages, hosting and security, monitoring, two small content changes per month completed within two working days, Google Business Profile care, and a monthly report.

A small change means a contained update to text, photos, hours, staff, or services on an existing page or on the Google profile. It does not include new pages, major sections, redesign, or changes to how the site works.

Work quoted separately includes, without limitation: new pages or major sections beyond the initial scope, rebranding, e-commerce and booking systems, CRM or custom integrations, paid advertising, content writing beyond page copy, photography and video, and ongoing social media.

Domain, code, and hosting

The client’s domain stays registered to the client. Corsius owns and operates the code and the hosting. Corsius does not take over or continue to run a client’s existing website on its current stack.

How we communicate

Email is the system of record. Change requests may be sent by email. Scope, payment, ownership and formal approvals are confirmed by email.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate business information, the content needed to build and launch, lawful access to the domain and Google profile where relevant, and timely decisions. You remain responsible for your business’s compliance with Google’s policies, advertising rules, consumer law, and any trade or licensing rules that apply in your state.

You must not ask us to post false reviews, suppress truthful feedback improperly, or misrepresent your business.

No outcome guarantees

Corsius does not guarantee search rankings, Maps position, lead volume, call volume, traffic, or revenue. Search visibility and commercial results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, relevance, reputation, and Google’s systems.

We take responsibility for clear operational care and documented work within the agreed scope — not for results nobody can honestly promise.

Fees, term, billing, and cancellation

The engagement is billed as $1,000 to start and $597 per month. The initial term is 12 months. After the initial term, the engagement continues month-to-month until canceled with 30 days’ notice.

Unpaid invoices may pause work, including the build clock. Reasonable expenses or separately quoted projects are billed as agreed. After cancellation takes effect, Corsius stops operating the code and hosting. The domain remains registered to the client.

Confidentiality and public references

We will keep non-public business information confidential except where disclosure is required by law or needed to deliver the service (for example using Google interfaces you authorize).

We will not publish client testimonials or case studies without your permission. Named recommendations on this website refer to Jan Duras’s previous work and are not Corsius client reviews.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Durasius is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of leads, traffic, rankings, or revenue. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are contracting as a consumer. Courts in Bratislava have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring claims elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms for new engagements or with notice for ongoing work. The “Last updated” date on this page reflects the current public version. A written order confirmation or contract controls if it conflicts with this page.
