• When you ask for a Check or contact us: your name, email, business name, Google profile link, website, and anything you choose to tell us. If you call us: your phone number and message.

• When you become a client: billing details (business name, address, email), the permission you give us, our emails, and the change record for your profile.

• While we manage a profile: what is visible in it, including reviewers' names and review text.

• For outreach: see "Contacting businesses" below.

• Technical data: IP address and basic request details, used briefly to keep the site secure.

Please do not send us sensitive personal details, such as health information, about anyone. You do not have to give us any information, but we cannot do a Check or deliver a service without the details we ask for.

• To reply to you and prepare a Check or quote: because you asked us to.

• To deliver a Fix or Care: because it is needed for the service you bought.

• To keep invoices and accounting records: because accounting and tax rules require it.

• To contact businesses about our service: because offering a relevant service to a business is a legitimate business reason.

• To keep the site secure and handle disputes: because that is a legitimate business reason too.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

We use Vercel (website hosting), Resend (website email, once our forms are live), Stripe (payments; Stripe also handles payment data under its own privacy policy) and Microsoft 365 (our email and file storage, including client change records). Some of these providers are in, or process data in, the United States. When data leaves the EU, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's standard contract clauses.

If we add a cold-email tool, lead database, data scraper, SMS provider or AI tool that handles personal information, we will list it here before using it for that.

We may contact businesses whose public Google profile seems to have an issue we can help with. We use details from public sources: Google Business Profiles and Maps listings, business websites and public directories. That usually means the business name, an owner's or manager's name, a business email and phone number, and what is publicly visible on the profile.

We contact businesses by email only, never by text message or phone. Every email says who we are, gives our postal address, explains where we found the business and how to opt out.

Unless you become a client, we keep this for up to 12 months after our last contact. To stop hearing from us, reply "unsubscribe" or email hey@corsius.com. We stop immediately and keep only your email address, so we do not contact you again.

• Outreach with no reply, and questions that do not lead to work: up to 12 months after our last exchange.

• Client emails, permissions and change records: while we work together and for 4 years after.

• Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as accounting and tax rules require.

• Unsubscribe list: as long as needed to keep honoring it.

We protect information with access controls and two-factor sign-in using passkeys or security keys on the accounts that can reach client profiles and data.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, to limit or object to how we use it, or to get a copy to take elsewhere. Because we are based in the EU, you can ask wherever you live. Email hey@corsius.com. We may need to confirm it is you, and we reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, you can complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, dataprotection.gov.sk).

corsius.com does not use advertising or marketing analytics cookies. Our hosting and security tools may use cookies or similar storage that the site needs to work.

We publish a new dated Privacy version when the way we handle information changes. Every version shows its date at the top and stays available at its own permanent address, for example corsius.com/privacy/2026-09-29.
