Questions: hey@corsius.com or legal@durasius.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.

• When you ask for a Check or contact us: your name, email address, business name, Google profile link, website, and anything you choose to tell us. If you call us: your phone number and message.

• When you become a client: billing details (business name, address and email), the authorization you give us, our emails, and the change record for your profile.

• While we manage a profile: what is visible in it, including reviewers' names and review text.

• For outreach: see "Contacting businesses" below.

• Technical data: your IP address and basic request details, used briefly to keep the website secure. We also record anonymous visit statistics without cookies: the page visited, the referring website, approximate location (country, region and city), device type, browser and operating system. These statistics are not linked to you, and the temporary identifier used to count visits is discarded after 24 hours. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not record your visit.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information, such as health information, about anyone. You are not required to give us any information, but we cannot provide a Check or our services without the details we ask for.

• To reply to you and prepare a Check or quote. Basis: steps you have asked us to take before entering into a contract.

• To provide a Fix or Care. Basis: performance of our contract with your business.

• To keep invoices and accounting records. Basis: our legal obligations under accounting and tax rules.

• To contact businesses about our services. Basis: our legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to businesses. You can object at any time, and we will stop.

• To keep the website secure, to understand how the website is used through anonymous statistics, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Basis: our legitimate interests.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

We use Vercel↗︎ (website hosting and cookie-free visit statistics), Resend↗︎ (website email, once our forms are live), Stripe↗︎ (payments; Stripe↗︎ also processes payment data under its own privacy policy) and Microsoft 365↗︎ (our email and file storage, including client change records). Some of these providers are located in, or process data in, the United States. When data leaves the EU, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

If we add a cold-email tool, lead database, data scraper, SMS provider or AI tool that handles personal information, we will list it in a new version of this page before we use it for that purpose.

We may contact businesses whose public Google profile appears to have an issue we can help with. We use details from public sources: Google Business Profiles and Maps listings, business websites and public directories. This usually means the business name, an owner's or manager's name, a business email address and phone number, and what is publicly visible on the profile.

We contact businesses by email only, never by text message or phone. Every email states who we are, gives our postal address, explains where we found the business and how to opt out.

Unless you become a client, we keep this information for up to 12 months after our last contact. You can object to this at any time: reply "unsubscribe" or email hey@corsius.com. We then stop immediately and keep only your email address, so that we do not contact you again.

• Outreach with no reply, and questions that do not lead to work: up to 12 months after our last exchange.

• Client emails, authorizations and change records: while we work together and for 4 years after.

• Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as accounting and tax rules require.

• Unsubscribe list: as long as needed to keep honoring it.

We protect information with access controls and two-factor sign-in using passkeys or security keys on the accounts that can reach client profiles and data.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You can object at any time to us using your information to contact you about our services. Because we are based in the EU, these rights apply wherever you live. Email hey@corsius.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, dataprotection.gov.sk).

corsius.com does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and our visit statistics work without cookies or similar storage on your device. Our hosting and security tools may use cookies or similar storage that the website needs to work.

We publish a new dated version of this page when the way we handle personal information changes. Every version shows its date at the top and remains available at its own permanent address, for example corsius.com/privacy/2026-09-30. We never edit a published version; any change is published as a new dated version with a one-line summary of what changed.
