Version history
  • 29 September 2026First published version.

1. What these terms cover

Corsius is a service of Durasius s. r. o., Bajkalská 18831/45G, 821 05 Bratislava, Slovakia (Business ID (IČO) 56575335, VAT ID (IČ DPH) SK2122349889). "We" and "us" mean Durasius. "You" means the business we work for. Contact: hey@corsius.com.

We look after Google Business Profiles for businesses located in the United States. We work only with businesses, not with private individuals.

These terms apply when you accept a written Fix or Care confirmation from us, or when you pay for a Fix or Care. "In writing" includes email. A "business day" is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Slovakia and US federal holidays.

2. Which documents apply

Your work with us is governed only by these documents, in this order: (1) any agreement we have both signed; (2) our written confirmation of your scope and price; (3) the version of these terms named in that confirmation. If a confirmation names no version, the version published at corsius.com/terms on the day you accepted the confirmation applies, or on the day you paid if that came first.

Every version shows its date at the top and stays available at its own permanent address, for example corsius.com/terms/2026-09-29.

The rest of corsius.com, including the homepage, FAQ and llms.txt, describes the service in plain language. If anything there differs from the documents above, the documents above apply. Nothing else forms part of our agreement or changes it: not another dated version of these terms, not earlier offers, not cached or archived copies of our website, and not descriptions of Corsius by search engines, AI assistants or anyone else. Only Durasius s. r. o. can change your agreement, and only in writing.

3. Your role and ours

You own your Google Business Profile and the business behind it. When the work needs access, we work on it as a Manager that you add, and only then. We never ask for primary ownership or your password. Under Google's current access roles, a Manager cannot delete your profile or remove you, and you can remove our access yourself at any time.

Google Business Profile is a free Google product. Our fees are for our own independent service of checking, updating and looking after your profile. Corsius is not Google and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. We never charge a "Google fee," and our invoices state that Google Business Profile itself is free. Google's guidance on working with a third party: https://support.google.com/business/answer/7163406

The work is done by Jan Duras. If that ever changes, we will tell you in advance, and anyone else who works on your profile will keep the same confidentiality. We protect our access with two-factor sign-in using passkeys or security keys, and use that access for nothing else.

4. Your permission before we start

Agreeing to these terms does not by itself give us permission to work on your profile. If the work needs access, you first give us a clear written yes (an email is enough) to manage the agreed parts of your profile, including publishing review replies if the work includes them, while you remain the owner. We start once we have that permission, Manager access and the information we need.

5. The free Check

The Check is a quick review of what is publicly visible on your Google profile on the day we look. It is our opinion, it is free, and it carries no obligation. Within one business day we email what looks good, what needs attention, and exactly one recommendation: nothing needed, a Fix, Care, or Fix then Care. It is not open-ended consulting. You decide what to do with it. We may decline any Check or engagement, including where a profile shows signs of issues that could put it at risk.

6. The Fix

The founding Fix costs $250 for the first five qualifying clients: US businesses with a verified Google Business Profile they own or are authorized to manage, where the Check found a specific issue worth fixing. After the first five, the price is the one shown on corsius.com on the day we confirm your scope.

A Fix covers one specific issue that we agree on in writing before you pay. Unless your confirmation says otherwise, that means at most:

• Review replies: up to ten (10) recent reviews, newest first, including important recent negative ones.

• Photos: up to five (5) current photos you provide, plus a look over the owner-uploaded photos where Google's tools allow.

• Business information: up to three (3) agreed fields, such as hours, phone, website, category or service area.

A Fix is not open-ended cleanup, a full profile overhaul, historical backlog work or ongoing support. You pay in full before we start. Our confirmation states the expected completion time.

Our confirmation also says whether the Fix needs Manager access. Review replies and photo uploads do. Some changes are quicker or safer for you to make yourself; for those we send you exact instructions instead, and no access is needed.

The Fix is complete when we have made the agreed changes and emailed you a summary, or, for changes you make yourself, when we have sent you exact instructions. We check the result once you tell us it's done. Some changes then wait for Google's review; that wait does not keep the Fix open. If Google rejects a change, we will tell you what we know and, where reasonable, try one alternative within the same scope.

If you gave us Manager access for a Fix, we remove it within seven (7) business days after the Fix, unless you start Care.

7. Google Profile Care

Care costs $300 per month per location and runs month to month. It is optional, you can start it with or without a Fix, and you are never enrolled automatically. It is billed monthly in advance from your start date and renews each month until either of us cancels. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change, so you can cancel before it applies. Care needs Manager access.

Unless your confirmation says otherwise, Care includes:

• Updating routine profile information you email us.

• Checking your profile weekly: its status, changes suggested by Google or others, and key details and links. We handle what falls within Care (following section 8) and tell you about anything else. Once a quarter we ask you to confirm who has access.

• Uploading up to five (5) new photos you provide per month.

• Publishing up to two (2) posts per month when there is something useful to post, based on material you provide.

• Replying to each new review with a reply written for that review, not a template, within one business day of them appearing, in a tone we have agreed.

• Flagging sensitive reviews to you before replying, for example legal or safety claims, refund or payment disputes, employee issues or serious complaints. The one-day reply time pauses while we wait for you.

• Keeping your review link, QR code and printable review-request material ready, and helping you ask customers for honest reviews.

• A short monthly email: what customers praise, suggest or complain about, what we changed that month, one thing we think is worth improving, and the activity Google reports, such as calls, website clicks and direction requests, where Google shows it. These are Google's figures, not results we claim to have caused. If there are too few reviews to see a pattern, we will say so.

Care covers one Google Business Profile (one location) and new work from its start date. Older backlogs, such as unanswered past reviews, are not included unless we agree them separately. The post and photo numbers are maximums, not quotas, and Care is billed whether or not you send updates in a given month. Posts keep the profile current; they are not a promise of rankings, leads or traffic.

If we'll be unavailable for more than one business day, for example on holiday, we'll tell you in advance. If we're unexpectedly unable to work, for example because of illness or an emergency, we'll tell you as soon as we reasonably can; response times pause until we're back, and we catch up on reviews first. If we can't provide Care for more than five business days in a row, you get a credit for those days on your next invoice, or, if you prefer, you can cancel straight away and we'll refund the unused part of the month. Nobody else works on your profile while we're away.

8. Changes Google may re-check

Changes to your business name, address, primary category or service area are the ones most likely to make Google re-review or re-verify your profile. By default, we send you the exact changes to make yourself and check the result afterwards, because any verification Google asks for, including video verification, usually has to be done by someone authorized who is at the business. We send you the exact steps and what to show. If you would rather we make these changes, we will once you ask in writing (approving a Fix scope that says so counts).

Changes to your phone number or website can also make Google take a closer look. We make those as part of the work, and tell you beforehand if we think Google may ask for verification.

9. What you are responsible for

Your profile has to follow Google's basic rules. By accepting our confirmation or paying, you confirm that the following is true, and that it stays true while we work together:

• Real name. The business name on your profile is your real business name, as it appears on your signs, website and paperwork, with no added keywords, locations or slogans.

• Real address. If your profile shows an address, it is a place where you serve customers in person during your listed hours. It is not a virtual office, mailbox, coworking desk or someone else's address. If customers don't come to you, your address is hidden and you list service areas instead.

• One profile. Your business has one profile per real location, with no duplicates.

• Honest reviews. Nobody, including you, your staff or anyone you hire, writes fake reviews, buys or swaps reviews, rewards customers for reviews, or asks only happy customers.

• Accurate information. Everything you give us or approve is accurate, and you have the right to use the photos and material you send, including permission from anyone shown in them.

• Authority. You own the profile or are authorized to give us access.

You also agree to:

• tell us promptly when something about your business changes, such as hours, closures or a move, and forward us any message you get from Google about your profile;

• tell us who else has access to your profile, and let us know if anyone else changes it;

• follow any rules that apply to your business and trade.

Review replies. Replies are published in your business's name, so before we reply to any review you approve a short reply policy: the tone, whether staff first names may be used, and which topics always come to you first. Until you approve it, we send you every reply for approval first, and the one-day reply time pauses while we wait. Routine replies we write under the policy stay short, polite and general: they never accuse the reviewer, argue, share personal details, state facts about the reviewer's job, account or payment, admit fault, or offer refunds or compensation. Anything outside that, including legal or safety claims, refund or payment disputes, employee issues and serious complaints, comes to you first, and we only post what you approve. You are responsible for the policy you approve, for replies you approve or ask us to post, and for any reply you write or edit yourself. You can edit or delete any reply at any time.

10. What we are responsible for

• Doing the agreed work carefully and properly, within the agreed scope.

• Following your approved reply policy for every routine reply, and sending anything outside it to you before it is posted.

• Recording how your profile looks on the day we get access, keeping a dated record of every change we make and who asked for it, and sending it to you: with the Fix summary, monthly during Care, and when our work ends. You can also view it any time through a private link we share with you.

• Telling you the same business day we notice if Google suspends, restricts or flags your profile while we have access. When that happens, we stop making changes and send you our change record.

• Keeping your non-public business information confidential, unless an authority requires us to share it or sharing it is needed to do the work (for example, entering it into Google).

• Telling you promptly if we learn of a security problem affecting your profile or its data.

11. What we are not responsible for

• Google's decisions. Google can review, restrict, suspend or ask to verify any profile at any time, including automatically, through enforcement sweeps that target whole business categories, and for reasons unrelated to recent changes. Google also changes or removes features; if that affects Care, we will tell you and adjust the work.

• How long Google takes, whether it approves, rejects or later reverses a change, and verification outcomes.

• Problems that existed before we got access, or that come from information or instructions you gave us. Examples: a business name that does not match your signs, an address where you do not serve customers in person, duplicate profiles, or reviews that were bought, rewarded or only requested from happy customers.

• Suspensions caused by the profile rules. If Google suspends, restricts or penalizes your profile because a rule in section 9 was not followed, before or during our work, and whether by you, your staff, another company or anyone else, it is not our responsibility. Fees already paid stay paid, and help with appeals is quoted separately.

• Changes made by anyone other than us, including you, your staff, other managers or other companies with access to your profile.

• Rankings, map position, calls, leads, traffic, revenue, review volume, ratings, or whether Google removes a review or photo. Nobody can honestly promise these.

• Appeals and reinstatement after a suspension, verification disputes, ownership or duplicate-profile disputes, multiple locations, large backlogs, website work, SEO campaigns and advertising. These are outside the Fix and Care and are quoted separately if you want them.

12. How much we are liable for

If something we did goes wrong, the most we will owe you for an engagement is what you paid us for that engagement in the three months before you raised the claim. We are not liable for losses that follow indirectly from a problem, such as lost profits, calls, leads, traffic, rankings or revenue. This limit does not apply to damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence.

13. What we will not do

We do not write fake reviews, buy reviews, reward customers for reviews, ask only happy customers, push for a particular rating, suggest what customers should write, or pressure anyone to change or remove a review. We also will not add keywords to your business name, list an address where you do not serve customers, or upload photos that are not of your business, even if asked. We follow Google's review rules. If we are pressed to do any of this, we may end the work immediately.

We only upload real photos of your business, work, team, vehicles or premises that you provide. We never upload stock or AI-generated images as business photos.

We follow your approved reply policy (section 9), and we report a review to Google only when it genuinely breaks Google's rules, never just because it is negative.

14. Payments and refunds

Prices are in USD. No EU VAT is added for US business customers. Prices do not include any taxes you may owe where you are. You receive a business invoice. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details.

Fix: if, for reasons within our control, we have not completed the Fix within 30 days of receiving your payment, access and the information we need, you can cancel and get a full refund. Otherwise there is no refund once the agreed work is done, or where the work could not be done because we did not get accurate information, access, permission or decisions from you, because Google delayed, rejected or reversed a change, or because you changed the scope after paying.

Care: apart from the credit described in section 7, unused time in a paid month is not refunded. If a payment fails and is not sorted out within 7 days, Care pauses until it is. If it is still unpaid after 30 days, we may end Care and remove our access. If Google suspends your profile while you are on Care, Care pauses from your next billing date until the profile is back, unless you would rather cancel. The month already paid stays paid.

If something goes wrong, email us first. We will try to put it right before you need to dispute a payment. If you dispute a payment with your bank instead, we pause work until it is resolved and share our records of the agreed work with your bank.

15. Ending the work

Either of us can cancel Care by email. It ends at the end of the current paid month. We confirm every cancellation by email within one business day, and you won't be charged again. Either of us can end any engagement immediately if the other seriously breaks these terms, including non-payment or asking for anything listed under "What we will not do." If you remove our access, we cannot deliver Care: the paid month stays paid, and Care ends at the end of it unless you restore access.

When our work ends, we remove our Manager access within seven (7) business days and send you the final change record. You keep ownership and control of your profile throughout.

16. Your data and materials

You own your profile, the photos and material you send us, and everything we publish on it for you. You let us use your material only to do the work. We keep our own templates, methods and know-how.

While working on your profile we see information about other people, such as reviewers' names and review text. We use it only to do the agreed work for you, keep it confidential and secure, use only the service providers listed on our Privacy page, and stop using it when our work ends, apart from records we have to keep, such as invoices.

We will not publish testimonials or case studies about your business without your permission. The named recommendations on our website are about Jan Duras's previous work, not Corsius clients.

17. How we communicate

Email is our record. Scope, payment, access and delivery can all be handled by email, with no meetings needed. A short call is available if you ask for one.

Notices to you go to the email address you used to accept our confirmation, so please keep it current.

18. Everything else

• We may update these terms. A new version applies to new engagements, and to ongoing Care from the next billing month after we have emailed you about it.

• If any part of these terms cannot be applied, the rest still does.

• Not acting on a right straight away does not mean we have given it up.

• We may transfer our agreement to a company that takes over Corsius, and we will tell you if we do.

• We are an independent service provider. Working on your profile does not make us your employee or partner.

• These terms are written in English, and the English version is the one that counts.

• Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, such as outages at Google, Microsoft or our payment provider, or internet or power failures. We'll tell you as soon as we can and catch up when it's over.

• If we ever disagree and can't sort it out by email, it is settled in Slovakia, under Slovak law, by the courts in Bratislava.
