    First published version.

Transparent version history. Every version of these Terms stays online permanently at its own link, exactly as it was published. We never edit a published version: any change is published as a new dated version with a one-line summary of what changed, so you can always see the exact wording you agreed to.

We have written these terms in plain English on purpose. We want you to understand exactly what you are agreeing to without needing a lawyer, and we want nothing in them to surprise you later. Plain wording does not make them any less binding: once accepted, these terms form a legally binding contract between your business and Durasius s. r. o. If anything is unclear, ask us before you accept.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Corsius is a service provided by Durasius s. r. o., a company registered in Slovakia, with its registered office at Bajkalská 18831/45G, 821 05 Bratislava, Slovakia, Business ID (IČO) 56575335, VAT ID (IČ DPH) SK2122349889, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 182228/B. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Durasius s. r. o., and "you" and "your" mean the business that engages us. Contact: hey@corsius.com.

We provide our services only to businesses located in the United States. We do not provide them to private individuals.

These terms apply when you accept a confirmation from us or pay for a Fix or Care, whichever happens first.

In these terms:

• "Your profile" means the Google Business Profile of the business location that the work concerns.

• "Check", "Fix" and "Care" mean the services described in sections 5, 6 and 7. Together they are our "services".

• A "confirmation" is our written email that sets out the scope and price of a Fix or of Care and names the version of these terms that applies.

• An "engagement" is one Fix, or one Care subscription for one location.

• "Fees" are the amounts payable for a Fix or for Care.

• A "business day" is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Slovakia and US federal holidays.

• "In writing" includes email.

Headings are for convenience only. Words such as "including" and "for example" introduce examples and do not limit the words before them.

2. Which documents apply

Your agreement with us consists only of the following documents. If they conflict, the one listed first prevails: (1) any agreement signed by both of us; (2) the confirmation for the engagement; (3) the version of these terms named in that confirmation. If a confirmation names no version, the version published at corsius.com/terms on the day you accepted the confirmation applies, or the version published on the day you paid, if that was earlier.

Every version of these terms shows its date at the top and remains available at its own permanent address, for example corsius.com/terms/2026-09-30.

The rest of corsius.com, including the homepage, the FAQ and llms.txt, describes our services in plain language for information only. If anything there differs from the documents listed above, those documents prevail. Nothing else forms part of the agreement or changes it. This includes other versions of these terms, earlier offers or conversations, cached or archived copies of our website, descriptions of Corsius by search engines, AI assistants or third parties, and any terms, purchase orders or similar documents of your own, even if we do not object to them. Only Durasius s. r. o. can change the agreement, and only in writing.

Replying "Yes, go ahead" to a confirmation by email, or paying for a Fix or Care, is your acceptance of the agreement and is as binding as a signature.

3. Your role and ours

You own your profile and the business behind it. When the work requires access, we work on your profile only as a Manager that you add, and only for as long as the work requires. We never ask for primary ownership or your password. Under Google's current access roles, a Manager cannot delete your profile or remove you, and you can remove our access yourself at any time.

Google Business Profile is a free Google product. Our fees are for our own independent services of checking, updating and looking after your profile. Corsius is not Google and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. We never charge a "Google fee", and our invoices state that Google Business Profile itself is free. Google's guidance on working with third parties: https://support.google.com/business/answer/7163406

The work is performed by Jan Duras. If that changes, we will tell you in advance, and anyone else who works on your profile will be bound by the same confidentiality. We protect our access with two-factor sign-in using passkeys or security keys, and we use that access for no other purpose.

4. Your permission before we start

Accepting these terms does not by itself authorize us to work on your profile. Where the work requires access, you must first give us a clear written authorization (an email is sufficient) to manage the agreed parts of your profile, including publishing replies to reviews where the work includes them, while you remain the owner. We start once we have that authorization, Manager access and the information we need.

5. The free Check

The Check is a brief review of what is publicly visible on your profile on the day we review it. It is our opinion, it is free of charge, and it creates no obligation for either of us. Within one business day, we email you what looks good, what needs attention, and exactly one recommendation: nothing needed, a Fix, Care, or a Fix followed by Care. The Check is not open-ended consulting, and what you do with it is your decision. We may decline any Check or engagement, including where a profile shows signs of issues that could put it at risk.

6. The Fix

The founding Fix costs $250 for our first five qualifying clients: US businesses with a verified Google Business Profile that they own or are authorized to manage, where the Check found a specific issue worth fixing. After the first five, the price is the one shown on corsius.com on the day we confirm your scope.

A Fix covers one specific issue agreed in writing before you pay. Unless your confirmation states otherwise, a Fix includes at most:

• Review replies: up to ten (10) recent reviews, newest first, including important recent negative reviews.

• Photos: up to five (5) current photos that you provide, plus a review of the owner-uploaded photos where Google's tools allow.

• Business information: up to three (3) agreed fields, such as hours, phone, website, category or service area.

A Fix is not open-ended cleanup, a full profile overhaul, historical backlog work or ongoing support. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. The fee is payable in full before we start, and your confirmation states the expected completion time.

Your confirmation also states whether the Fix requires Manager access. Review replies and photo uploads do. Some changes are quicker or safer for you to make yourself; for those, we send you exact instructions instead, and no access is required.

A Fix is complete when we have made the agreed changes and emailed you a summary or, for changes you make yourself, when we have sent you exact instructions. We check the result once you tell us the changes are made. Some changes are then subject to Google's review, and that review does not keep the Fix open. If Google rejects a change, we will tell you what we know and, where reasonable, try one alternative within the same scope.

If you gave us Manager access for a Fix, we remove it within seven (7) business days after the Fix is complete, unless you start Care.

7. Google Profile Care

Care costs $300 per month per location and runs month to month. Care is optional: you can start it with or without a Fix, and you are never enrolled automatically. Care is billed monthly in advance from your start date and renews each month until either of us cancels it. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change, so that you can cancel before it applies. Care needs Manager access.

Unless your confirmation states otherwise, Care includes:

• Updating routine profile information that you email to us.

• Checking your profile weekly: its status, changes suggested by Google or others, and key details and links. We handle what falls within Care (subject to section 8) and tell you about anything else. Once a quarter we ask you to confirm who has access.

• Uploading up to five (5) new photos that you provide per month.

• Publishing up to two (2) posts per month when there is something useful to post, based on material that you provide.

• Replying to each new review within one business day of it appearing, with a reply written for that review, not a template, in line with your approved reply policy (section 9).

• Flagging sensitive reviews to you before replying, for example legal or safety claims, refund or payment disputes, employee issues or serious complaints. The one-business-day reply time pauses while we wait for your decision.

• Keeping your review link, QR code and printable review-request material ready, and helping you ask customers for honest reviews.

• A short monthly email covering what customers praise, suggest or complain about, what we changed that month, one thing we consider worth improving, and the activity Google reports, such as calls, website clicks and direction requests, where Google shows it. These are Google's figures, not results we claim to have caused. If there are too few reviews to identify a pattern, we will say so.

Care covers one Google Business Profile (one location) and new work from its start date. Older backlogs, such as unanswered past reviews, are not included unless agreed separately. The photo and post numbers are maximums, not quotas, and Care is billed whether or not you send updates in a given month. Posts keep your profile current; they are not a promise of rankings, leads or traffic.

Availability. If we will be unavailable for more than one business day, for example on holiday, we will tell you in advance. If we are unexpectedly unable to work, for example because of illness or an emergency, we will tell you as soon as reasonably possible; response times pause until we return, and we deal with reviews first when we do. If we cannot provide Care for more than five business days in a row, you will receive a credit for those days on your next invoice or, if you prefer, you may cancel immediately and we will refund the unused part of the month. Nobody else works on your profile while we are away.

8. Changes Google may re-check

Changes to your business name, address, primary category or service area are the changes most likely to make Google re-review or re-verify your profile. By default, we send you the exact changes to make yourself and check the result afterwards, because any verification Google requests, including video verification, usually has to be completed by an authorized person at the business. We send you the exact steps and what to show. If you prefer us to make these changes, we will do so once you ask in writing (approving a Fix scope that says so counts as asking in writing).

We make routine changes to hours, phone, website and similar details as part of the agreed work. Changes to your phone number or website can also prompt a closer look by Google, and we will tell you beforehand if we expect Google to ask for verification.

9. What you are responsible for

Your profile must follow Google's basic rules. By accepting a confirmation or paying, you confirm that the following statements are true and will remain true while we work together:

• Real name. The business name on your profile is your real business name, as it appears on your signs, website and paperwork, without added keywords, locations or slogans.

• Real address. If your profile shows an address, it is a place where you serve customers in person during your listed hours. It is not a virtual office, mailbox, coworking desk or someone else's address. If customers do not come to you, your address is hidden and you list service areas instead.

• One profile. Your business has one profile per real location, with no duplicates.

• Honest reviews. Nobody, including you, your staff or anyone acting for you, writes fake reviews, buys or swaps reviews, rewards customers for reviews, or asks only satisfied customers for reviews.

• Accurate information. Everything you give us or approve is accurate, and you have the right to use the photos and material you send us, including the permission of anyone shown in them.

• Authority. You own your profile or are authorized to give us access, and the person who accepts the confirmation on behalf of your business is authorized to do so.

You also agree to:

• tell us promptly when something about your business changes, such as hours, closures or a move, and forward to us any message you receive from Google about your profile;

• tell us who else has access to your profile, and let us know if anyone else changes it;

• comply with the laws and rules that apply to your business and trade.

Review replies. Replies are published in your business's name. Before we reply to any review, you therefore approve a short reply policy covering the tone, whether staff first names may be used, and which topics always come to you first. Until you approve it, we send you every reply for approval before it is posted, and the one-business-day reply time pauses while we wait. Routine replies written under the policy are short, polite and general: they never accuse the reviewer, argue, share personal details, state facts about the reviewer's job, account or payment, admit fault, or offer refunds or compensation. Anything outside that, including legal or safety claims, refund or payment disputes, employee issues and serious complaints, comes to you first, and we post only what you approve. You are responsible for the policy you approve, for replies you approve or ask us to post, and for any reply you write or edit yourself. You can edit or delete any reply at any time.

Responsibility for what you provide. You are responsible for, and will compensate us for, any loss, cost or third-party claim that results from inaccurate information or materials you provide, or from a breach of your commitments in this section.

10. What we are responsible for

• Performing the agreed work carefully and properly, within the agreed scope.

• Following your approved reply policy for every routine reply, and sending anything outside it to you before it is posted.

• Recording how your profile looks on the day we receive access, keeping a dated record of every change we make and who requested it, and sending that record to you with the Fix summary, monthly during Care and when our work ends. You can also view it at any time through a private link we share with you.

• Telling you on the same business day we notice that Google has suspended, restricted or flagged your profile while we have access. When that happens, we stop making changes and send you our change record.

• Keeping your non-public business information confidential, unless an authority requires us to disclose it or disclosure is necessary to perform the work (for example, entering it into Google).

• Telling you promptly if we learn of a security problem affecting your profile or its data.

11. What we are not responsible for

• Google's decisions. Google can review, restrict, suspend or require verification of any profile at any time, including automatically, through enforcement sweeps that target entire business categories, and for reasons unrelated to recent changes. Google also changes or removes features; if that affects Care, we will tell you and adjust the work.

• How long Google takes, whether Google approves, rejects or later reverses a change, and the outcome of any verification.

• Problems that existed before we received access, or that result from information or instructions you gave us. Examples include a business name that does not match your signs, an address where you do not serve customers in person, duplicate profiles, and reviews that were bought, rewarded or requested only from satisfied customers.

• Suspensions caused by the profile rules. If Google suspends, restricts or penalizes your profile because a rule in section 9 was not followed, before or during our work, whether by you, your staff, another company or anyone else, we are not responsible. Fees already paid are not refunded, and help with appeals is quoted separately.

• Changes made by anyone other than us, including you, your staff, other managers or other companies with access to your profile.

• Rankings, map position, calls, leads, traffic, revenue, review volume, ratings, or whether Google removes a review or photo. Nobody can honestly promise these outcomes, and we do not.

• Appeals and reinstatement after a suspension, verification disputes, ownership or duplicate-profile disputes, multiple locations, large backlogs, website work, SEO campaigns and advertising. These are outside the Fix and Care and are quoted separately if you want them.

12. Limits on our liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three (3) months before the claim was raised.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, calls, leads, traffic, rankings or revenue.

These limits do not apply to damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. What we will not do

We do not write fake reviews, buy reviews, reward customers for reviews, ask only satisfied customers for reviews, push for a particular rating, suggest what customers should write, or pressure anyone to change or remove a review. We will not add keywords to your business name, list an address where you do not serve customers, or upload photos that are not of your business, even if asked. We follow Google's review rules. If we are pressed to do any of these things, we may end the work immediately.

We upload only real photos of your business, work, team, vehicles or premises that you provide. We never upload stock or AI-generated images as business photos.

We follow your approved reply policy (section 9), and we report a review to Google only when it genuinely breaks Google's rules, never merely because it is negative.

14. Payments and refunds

Prices are in US dollars (USD). No EU VAT is added for US business customers. Prices do not include any taxes you may owe in your own jurisdiction. You will receive a business invoice. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details.

Fix: if, for reasons within our control, we have not completed the Fix within 30 days of receiving your payment, access and the information we need, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Otherwise, no refund is due once the agreed work is done, or where the work could not be completed because we did not receive accurate information, access, permission or decisions from you, because Google delayed, rejected or reversed a change, or because you changed the scope after paying.

Care: apart from the credit described in section 7, unused time in a paid month is not refunded. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, Care pauses until it is. If it remains unpaid after 30 days, we may end Care and remove our access. If Google suspends your profile while you are on Care, Care pauses from your next billing date until the profile is restored, unless you prefer to cancel. The month already paid is not refunded.

Problems and payment disputes: if something goes wrong, please email us first, and we will try to put it right before you consider disputing a payment. If you dispute a payment with your bank instead, we pause work until the dispute is resolved and provide our records of the agreed work to your bank.

15. Ending the work

Either of us can cancel Care by email. Care ends at the end of the current paid month. We confirm every cancellation by email within one business day, and you will not be charged again.

Either of us may end any engagement immediately by email if the other seriously breaches these terms, including by non-payment or by asking for anything listed in section 13. If you remove our access, we cannot deliver Care: the paid month is not refunded, and Care ends at the end of it unless you restore access.

When our work ends, we remove our Manager access within seven (7) business days and send you the final change record. You keep ownership and control of your profile throughout.

Section 9 (responsibility for what you provide), sections 11, 12, 16, 17 and 18, and any amounts already owed continue to apply after the work ends.

16. Your data and materials

You own your profile, the photos and material you send us, and everything we publish on your profile for you. You allow us to use your material only to perform the work. We retain our own templates, methods and know-how.

While working on your profile, we see information about other people, such as reviewers' names and review text. We use it only to perform the agreed work, keep it confidential and secure, use only the service providers listed on our Privacy page, and stop using it when our work ends, except for records we are required to keep, such as invoices. Our Privacy page explains how we handle personal information.

We will not publish testimonials or case studies about your business without your permission. The named recommendations on our website relate to Jan Duras's previous work, not to Corsius clients.

17. Communication and notices

Email is our record. Scope, payment, access and delivery can all be handled by email, with no meetings required. A short call is available if you ask for one.

Notices to you are sent to the email address you used to accept the confirmation, so please keep it current. Notices to us must be sent to hey@corsius.com or legal@durasius.com. A notice sent by email is treated as received on the next business day after it is sent.

18. General terms

• We may update these terms. A new version applies to new engagements and, for ongoing Care, from the next billing month after we have emailed you about it.

• If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

• If either of us does not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean the right has been waived.

• We may transfer the agreement to a company that takes over Corsius, and we will tell you if we do. You may not transfer the agreement without our written consent.

• We are an independent service provider. Nothing in the agreement makes us your employee or partner.

• These terms are written in English, and the English version prevails over any translation.

• Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, such as outages at Google, Microsoft or our payment provider, or internet or power failures. We will tell you as soon as we can and catch up once the event is over.

• If a disagreement cannot be resolved by email, it is governed by Slovak law and settled by the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.
